Returns and Order Issues

Except where required by applicable law, we do not accept returns due to a change of mind. Please review the product details carefully before placing your order.

We carefully check the items, quantities, and condition of every order before shipping to help prevent missing or incorrect items.

If we send you an incorrect item, you may keep it free of charge—no return is required. We will also arrange to send the correct item at no additional cost or provide an appropriate refund.

If an item is missing, damaged, or defective, please contact us with your order number and, where possible, photos of the issue so we can resolve it.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
