Processing & tracking
We check every item by hand before packing. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where the shipping method supports it. Delivery times are estimates and start from the day your order ships; carrier delays or weather can occasionally add a few days.
Customs & import charges
For some destinations, customs duties or import taxes may apply. If these charges are calculated at checkout, nothing further is due on delivery; if they aren't collected at checkout, they may be payable before or at delivery and are the customer's responsibility. Wrong, missing, or damaged items
If we sent you an incorrect item, you may keep it free of charge — no return is required — and we'll send the correct item at no additional cost or provide an appropriate refund. For missing, damaged, or defective items, contact us with your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Returns
Except where required by applicable law, we do not accept returns due to a change of mind. Please review the product details (quantity, size, material) carefully before placing your order. This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
