Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders are packed and shipped within 2–3 days of payment. Every order is checked by hand before it leaves us.

How long does delivery take?

United States: 9–15 business days after your order ships. For other destinations, delivery times vary by country — the estimate for your address is shown at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is a flat US$6.00 for most destinations (US$7.00 for a few remote regions). Orders over US$35.00 ship free, worldwide.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where the shipping method supports it.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are processed securely at checkout. You'll see all available options there, including PayPal.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as you can at alnsen@foxmail.com with your order number. Orders ship within 2–3 days — if yours hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to change or cancel it for you.

My order arrived wrong, incomplete, or damaged — what now?

Contact us with your order number and, if you can, photos of the issue. If we sent you an incorrect item, you may keep it free of charge — no return needed — and we'll send the correct item at no additional cost or arrange an appropriate refund. The same goes for missing, damaged, or defective items: we'll make it right.

Returns

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Except where required by applicable law, we don't accept returns for change of mind, so please double-check the quantity, size, and material on the product page before ordering. This doesn't affect your statutory consumer rights. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

How do I know exactly what I'm getting?

Each product page lists the quantity, size, and material for that item — sticker packs and sets vary, so it's worth a quick look before you check out.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to more than 30 countries, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, most of the EU, Australia, Japan, and South Korea. If your country appears at checkout, we can ship to you.
